DELIVERY DETAILS
Delivery and Payments Policy
DIMCART.COM aims to get your order to you as early as possible, however DIMCART.COM requests you to be informed of the following:
DIMCART.COM assures the delivery within two weeks from the date of dispatch. We at DIMCART.COM go out of the box to ensure that the delivery shall be done as soon as possible however it’s always good to under promise and over deliver.
To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or at a location where there will be someone to receive and sign for it in between 10am to 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address a notice of delivery card will be left at the address, and you may be expected to contact the relevant third party.
DIMCART.COM must have correct and complete addresses, including a Business name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number. Please be informed that you will be contacted by the team at DIMCART.COM at the time of dispatch to ensure the shipping address is correct and someone will be available to receive it. DIMCART.COM assumes that with the purchase, you’ve authorized us to contact you in the total tenure of delivery as and when required to ensure smooth delivery.
International Deliveries
International destinations attract an additional delivery charge of 40.00GBP per item. You will receive your order in approximately 21 working days.
Please Note:
- All orders are in British POUND (GBP).
- International orders may take up to 21 working days to be delivered depending on your country's custom process.
- We use Registered Post for our international deliveries and they require a signature upon receipt of your order. If there is no one at the delivery address a calling card will be left and the order will be returned to the depot. This card will have options for you to arrange an alternative delivery time
- On international deliveries we cannot deliver to post office boxes and we don’t offer C.O.D on any orders.
- Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer
Late Deliveries
Basis the availability of the products the dispatch may be done separately for same order that is in some cases you may receive part of your order and the delayed item separately.
If you have not received your item within the days specified please contact us at delivery@dimcart.com. You can also contact us 02032905375 in between 10am to 5pm BST, Monday to Friday and we will be happy to assist you throughout. In the event if the delivery has taken more than the stipulated time then DIMCART.COM will issue you a store credit depending upon the size of the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order because of the non delivery in the stipulated timelines, then no penalty will be levied and refund will be done to the card/bank used during the process of order placement.
Refunds/Cancellation
Order placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of the payment made as the shipping team will start working on dispatch after 24 hours (excluding weekends) of the order placement. Any cancellation after 24 hours will attract a penalty sum of 50GBP that will cover the cost of shipment and man-hours lost in the process of shipment.
The cancellation will be registered only if it’s made through the registered email address and within 24 hours of the order placement. No telephone cancellations will be entertained and an email will be sent to notify the cancellation and process of refund.
Refunds can be done in two ways, mainly a store credit can be issued, or a refund can be made to the card/bank used for the order placement. Only one option can be availed from the two and cannot be merged with each other.
Store credit will not be valid to use for the items on sale for more than 50% at any time. Store credits can be transferred to the other user on DIMCART.COM but a separate email needs to be sent as a confirmation to payments@dimcart.com giving your consent to do the same.
Returns
If the wrong product is delivered that means, wrong size, wrong color, damaged item or wrong product then the customer is requested to send it back to the fulfillment office and the expense incurred during such process will be issued as store credit to the customer and a discount voucher amounting the 50% of the value of the item will be issued to the customer on his next purchase.
An option of complete refund can be exercised in such cases where the wrong product is delivered and store credit of various offers may be offered to honor the loss of the good will. An email to storecredits@dimcart.com is t be written with all details of the order and it shall be sorted within 72 hours.
Any payment credited to our account without the order placement because of the internet disconnection will be on hold for next 48 hours. An informative email will be sent to the customer’s email address or will be contacted through telephone to take the pending details.
If DIMCART.COM fails to reach the customer within 48 hours (excluding weekends), the refund of full amount will be made to the card/bank used during the order placement.
